适用范围 Application
本品是一种多功能整理剂，适用于涤纶、涤纶混纺织物的染色和后整理使用。赋予织物耐久的亲水、吸湿排汗、抗静电、易去污等性能，使聚酯纤维及其混纺织物具有天然纤维的一些基本特性
This product is a multifunctional finishing agent suitable for dyeing and finishing of polyester and polyester blends. It endows fabrics with durable hydrophilic, moisture-wicking, antistatic and easy-to-clean properties, giving polyester fibers and their blends some of the basic characteristics of natural fibers
性能特点 Features
- 本品能赋予聚酯纤维易去污性、亲水性、吸湿排汗性、抗静电性
- 能使聚酯纤维柔软、润滑，减少织物的擦伤、折痕、鸡爪印
- 能赋予织物蓬松的手感，提高起绒、起毛产品得色量、鲜艳度和光洁度
- This product endows polyester fibers with easy-to-clean, hydrophilic, moisture-wicking and antistatic properties;
- It makes polyester soft and smooth, and reduces scratches, creases and chicken claw marks on fabrics;
- It gives the fabric a fluffy feel and increases the color yield, brightness and smoothness of the pile and pilling products.
乳化方式 Dilution method
建议浓度：稀释至10%～20%
稀释工艺：水, 搅拌80r/min，升温至60℃～70℃，投入固体吸湿排汗剂，保温60min～90min，冷却至40℃，过滤放料。或泡水溶胀24小时
Recommended concentration: Dilute to 10%～20%
Dilution process: Stir with water at 80r/min, heat to 60 °C ~70 °C, slowly add solid wicking agent 75 °C ~80 °C, hold for 60min~90min, cool to 40 °C filter and then package, or soak in water to swell for 24 hours.
使用方法 Recommended process
1.浸渍法：（10%开稀品） 用量1%～4%o.w.f，染色同浴或常温～60℃，15min～30min
2.浸轧法：吸湿排汗剂10%，10g/L～50g/L
1. Impregnation: （10% dilution） 1%～4% o.w.f, dye in the same bath or at room temperature to 60 °C for 15min～30min
2. Padding:10%，10g/L～50g/L
包装贮运 Package
25kg牛皮纸内衬编织袋，贮存于阴凉干燥处，贮存期为1年
